3. Return Shipping: The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
4. Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be notified of your store credit.
